   • 2nd tier link rotation
   • CGI script ability
   • Banner on front page only
   • Navigation Table on front page

3. Deluxe
   The highest of the high, as far as evula.org accounts go.
   • Cost: $40/yr
   • POP3 email account
   • 60 Meg Website (account.evula.org)
   • FTP access
   • Your own forum space (by request)
   • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier link rotation
   • CGI script ability
